Great overall.
I bought it a few weeks ago. Feels lovely on my skin. I flip half way through the night as the support is great at first, still good throughout the night but excellent of first lay, cool too. Machine washable but not tried that yet.

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Airmax Pillow:
"We do not test to BS7175, it’s not a requirement on domestic Duvet Sets under the 1988 Fire Regulations. Our pillows are match tested and not crib tested, this means they are for domestic use only. Filling on Pillows and Toppers FR only."
