I bought this Pizza base crispbe about 5 months ago, and I have found it to be very useful.
In particular. I like the fact that the perforations allow the warm air from the oven to heat the base of the Pizza, and to cook it very nicely and evenly.
I not only use it for a heating pizza, but I also use it to the heat and cook homemade Samosas or even other items, eg, pasties and pies.
It's a very useful item with a good generous size, allowing for other items to placed around the Pizza.
It has replaced the tins that I used to use before! A good job... and extremely easy to clean needing only a wipe from a cloth to maintain its smooth surface.
Quite large so check your oven size. Produced lovely crispy pizza base. I sliced pizza with scissors as not sure if roller cutter would damage the non-stick surface.
I bought two of these a few weeks ago and I was immediately pleased with the quality and size. I’ve used them a couple of times and they cook pizzas well, and are easy to clean, they look like they will last much longer than my last ones!
It is a pizza crisper, so nothing special, but fit for purpose.
We got two, and because of the size, means it’ll make two pizzas bigger enough to share and fill 4 people.
They are hard to store due to their size in our cupboards, without a full reorganisation.
