Solid thick pillows
Very firm to the point only one is needed as there also pretty thick. If u love solid thick pillows then I highly recommend if u like soft pillows then dont buy these. I love them personally for there thickness and firm support.

Difficult to measure because of the nature of the product, filling etc but they are regulation sized and will fit a “normal” standard pillowcase
