I have had my eye on this set for a long time and when we got our new kitchen fitted I saved up to buy them. I absolutely love them. The knifes are a good weight in my hand, super sharp which makes cutting and chopping very precise. I love hassle back potatoes and these knifes make it so easy to make nice thin cuts. Cooked joints of meat are a doddle to slice as well. All round I'm super impressed with them, they are well worth the money.

Yes there’s a small hatch opening at the back for the dust /shavings from sharpener easy to use but would recommend removing the knives before tipping up to empty
There’s a compartment which you can open to change the stone after 2 years at the bottom of the sharpener so expect the dust will come out when this is done. As haven’t needed to sharpen the knives as they are so good. Just use for veg and fruit.
