Great functional bin

Didn't work
Bought bin. Fitted lid. Pushed pedal. Bin fell over. Took it back. Bought another one, must be faulty. Fitted lid in store this time. Pushed pedal. Bin fell over. Either I'm not as good as I thought with the whole bin thing or all off these are rubbish. Could really be either, but to be on the safe side I'd get something else. A bit less fally over.

Really poor design from simple human
This bin is pretty much useless until it is around half full. Before then, everytime you use the foot pedal, the whole bin falls forward as there is not enough weight in it to keep it upright. As it falls forward in means the lid can’t stay open and closes on itself. So, every time you press the pedal, the lid half opens, the whole bin falls toward you and you have to catch it and still need to open the bin with you hand. Completely makes having a foot pedal redundant. If I could return it for a full refund I would as I think it’s not fit for purpose.

Very happy with purchase. Ideal slim size, easy to remove full bin bag too. Easy use of foot pedal to open lid which is also lockable. Wheels so bin easy to move aswell. Matt finish means no finger prints & simple to clean yoo.

Simple human but super gteat
I always buy simplehuman bins they are well made and stay like new for year my whole family has one there that good all different shapes for what ever you need in your kitchen I would bet there is one to fit they are a bit more money but definitely worth.

This was intended as a replacement for the same model that lasted 10years. However the lid would not close properly and the plastic didn't seem the same quality. This item was returned for a refund.

simplehuman have their own bin bags for this size bin - they have the liner code K and are suitable for simplehuman slim bins with a 35 - 45 litre capacity.
We don't stock code K liners at the moment, but if you look online you should be able to source them .
