Great mattress at a great price in Black Friday sale. Bought to replace the rather flimsy mattress which came with our day bed. Delivery was straightforward and I was kept well informed as to when it would arrive. Super comfortable with a medium/firm feel that provides an undisturbed sleep.

Absolutely devastated with my purchase.
Absolurely awful, im so gutted as im disabled and a 42 year old single mum so it took me a long time to save up for this. I wake throughout the night with horrendous backache and am not comfortable at all. Also, the zip broke after a week. I would love to send back but with my cognitive decline i dont kniw where to start. Thank you in advance if ypu can help me x

I’ve had an Emma mattress since 2021 - changed to the hybrid mattress recently and I thought my previous mattress was good, but this is incredible - half spring / half foam It’s fantastic and have a great night sleep! Well worth the money!

Quality not as good as previous one
Not as keen on the pocket springs. Very weak at the edges and bouncy when you sit in the bed. Can feel the springs through the edges of the mattress. Still comfortable to sleep on but overall quality not as good as my previous mattress. Also seems slightly smaller overall on bed base

The Emma Mattress 200 night trial does still fully apply when purchased through Argos. However because these mattresses are supplied direct from the supplier, you have to arrange this by contacting the supplier rather than ourselves and it is still possible to obtain a refund using this method..
All relevant mattresses will have the details of its sleep guarantee within its packaging with what you should do if you are unhappy with the mattress comfort.
