Good as a sunshade
Nice garden umbrella but I wouldn’t say it’s water repellent!!! The material is a very open weave. Water floods through like a waterfall…. For next summer I am planning to wax it. Otherwise it’s lovely as a sun shade at a reasonable price.

Garden Umbrella
I find this particular item quite sturdy and of good quality which compliments my garden. This is the third time that I have purchased this item except it was the 3 meter size which is no longer available, but I am still happy with this.

Not Good !
Collected Parasol from store, noticed that box had previously been opened and then taped up, took item home, not impressed with product, returned item within the hour !

Smaller than I'd thought
Had to return it as too small to cover our outdoor table in shade. This size does not have a cord to raise it (i.e. not as shown in the photo) - you open it manually. I had mistakenly thought the 2m measure was from top to bottom, but its actually just two metres in diameter, when fully opened.

Thanks for your query about the 2m Water Repellent Garden Parasol - Green.
Having checked, it's not really suitable for beach use. The parasol needs some kind of stable support to remain upright, such as a weighted stand and/or a patio table (the sort with the hole in the middle for a parasol).

I can confirm this has a runner to open the parasol with a pin inserted into the hole to lock the parasol in the desired position, it does not open on a pulley system.
