Poor quality chairs bought to replace some where legs have come loose and broken

Look better than they are!
An appealing set of elegant (cheap) chairs, to go with a new (expensive) oak kitchen table. Sadly, it took 2 attempts to get 4 decent chairs. They are appallingly made, and my hubby had to do a bit of tweaking and re-vamping to hide scuff marks and rectify poor painting. There were also fixings missing, both times. The chairs still look nice, and sadly, I couldn't find an equivalent "decent" set. They aren't very comfortable, though, and tend to push you forward a bit. But ok for a quick meal.

Chair’s can’t be used as wrong screw’s we’re sent
The screws which connect legs to seats of chairs were the wrong ones. So we have 4 chair’s that we can not use.

Nice chairs but didn’t come with correct equipment
The chairs themselves are nice and look great. However the screws they provided were too small, or the pre- drilled holes too big. Very hard to get hold of customer services, website sends you in circles. Was easier to just buy bigger screws in the end. The chairs are great now they are up but was inconvenient to have to sort the screws ourselves.

Wrong screws, waste of time
Sent with the wrong screws so spent 3 hours attempting to put them together. Customer service confirmed they were the wrong screws but none of the correct ones in stock. We tried to purchase replacement screws but even those wouldn't go in. Don't waste your time.

Returned the chairs as faulty
These looked like nice chairs online, but when I received them the chair seat and spindle backs were not put together properly. Glue was all over the chair seat, and the spindles weren’t in place properly. It looked like they had been assembled really shoddily.

Great value chairs
Bought 4 of these chairs 4 years ago and was delighted to see them still available at an excellent price enabling me to purchase 2 more to complete the set. Comparable in quality to much more expensive brands. Look great in my kitchen
