[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided on the all steel version after a lot of research. After unpacking, studying and now having used them we are in no doubt that they are the best knives we have ever had. They are comfortable and effortless to use for both general cutting and make you want to go for the more fancy cheffy type cutting.
The knives are nice and sharp, but the block is very light and cheap feeling, its not the quality that you would expect for the money you pay, I am disappointed in the block, I wouldn't purchase again
Great knife set - good quality blades with a nice feel to the handles and well weighted . I like an in between shorter knife of 6” but the smaller sizes will suit me . Block is larger than I thought but the sharpener is really good
