Great quality, sturdy casserole. Perfect for pot roast chicken.
I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s much more affordable for my budget, and based on my previous experience, I expect it to last well. I bought the same cast iron dish in the orange casserole version about five years ago, and it’s still in very good condition.

Quite a solid casserole but I did not quite understand the measurements and relied more on the pictures - after all, it's a casserole, so I supposed it was "Casserole size". But it is HUGE !

I have just used this casserole pot as a Dutch oven too and it was fabulous. Great size, love the colour and it's practical for every type of cooking, oven bake, roast, hob simmer, slow cook, use as a bread making tool. Brilliant!
Worked well on my induction hob and then straight in the oven for slow cooking 👍🏻 exactly what I was looking for and cleaned up quickly and easily afterwards.
Have used this habitat 4.7L cast iron pot for baking sourdough bread. Good size and excellent value, I only wish the lid had a fixed handle rather than one with a screw fixing.
I like it but the issue i had is i wasnt able to use the handle for the lid, the screw was so tight, i throw handle away, had to buy new handle for lid. Would be ideal to already have handle fitted and have lid placed upside down in packaging
I bought the oval cast iron casserole and the scre wouldn’t come off the basket to be fixed on the cover. I’ve asked for a replacement and still awaiting
