[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frying pan is so poor feels good quality , but everything sticks , I've tried various different heats , lil oil , more oil , oil sprays , try to make an omelet and ends up looking like scrambled eggs , would never purchase again

Sticky pans
I have had this set for a year and I dread frying anything. These are not non-stick. The only non-stick thing about them is that after the food sticks it make washing up slightly easier. I have tried low heat, medium heat, high heat, minimal oil, lots of oil, all types of oils, butters, fats, handwashing, dishwasher - everything sticks. This picture of my eggs was the last straw this morning so here is my review and I hope this helps someone reconsider and avoid the disappointment I have experienced. Pans are ok for boiling water - it is about the only thing that doesn't stick. Where the pans are stacked in the cupboard the ceramic coating inevitably grinds off on the rims - you should probably use protective pan stacking protection but the pans don't come with this and who typically would have or use these. Is ingesting ceramic non-toxic microgranules good for you? Who knows. I bought these to reduce ingestion of toxic chemicals through frying but am just frustrated and disappointed. If cooking with ceramic as a non-stick product requires effort, then that effort I think would be better directed into more traditional cooking elements such as cast iron or stainless steel. Non-stick should be about reducing the friction of the effort of cooking, but you can't get more friction than food stuck on a pan.

Lid handles get red hot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pans are fantastic but the lids get red hot to lift and you have to use oven gloves. When your paying premium prices its not acceptable. I have other brands and the lids are protected so you don't burn your hands. Ninja need to look at there design for the lids.

The pans arrived quickly and very well packaged, very light weight and really impressed with the non stick as very little or no oil is required. Very easy to clean. I just wish I had ordered a larger set and will definitely be purchasing a larger frying pan / saute pan to complete the set.

We can confirm that the handles of these pans can get moderately hot during cooking.
This specific set does not include lids for the frying pans. It contains a 20 cm frying pan, a 24 cm frying pan, a 16 cm saucepan with lid, an 18 cm saucepan with lid, and a 20 cm saucepan with lid.
