Works for me!
I bought this a few weeks ago and I really like it. It is the right firmness for me and I like it so much I got another one today. I thought it would be too firm but so far so good and it hasn't flattened down as of yet. Even better that I got the 2nd one whilst on offer.

Really good pillow
I can never find a pillow that feels comfortable but this one is the best one I've bought over the last year and considering I've bought about 10 that means its pretty good, I'm a side sleeper and usually need two pillows but only need this one on its own, seems to be just the right height with a good amount of firmness but not feeling hard, so far so good.

The supplier has advised of the following for the Silentnight Orthopaedic Medium Support Pillow. It contains 2 fabrics/materials and the details relating to each of these is given below:
"The foam meets the requirements of Schedule 1 Part 1 of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended) S.I. No. 1324.
The hollowfibre is tested to BS5852- Part 2: 1982 (Ignition source 2) as modified by Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (As Amended)."
