Not The Best
Not the best, and expected more, for the price and description. They don't bounce back a little, but not fully, and feel let down. They are not very full either, looking smaller than one would expect.

Pillows can never be returned anywhere if packaging opened for hygiene reasons.
Very UNIMPRESSED as seems that a staff member gave a generic answer that applies to most other items without bothering to read the question!
As pillows listed in excluded items in returns info on website.
I would be mad if bought based on answer then unable to return!

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
I can confirm Some Bounceback have a polycotton cover, depending on version and the fibres are created differently - BB is a bouncing spring fibre and Ultrabounce is more coiled.
