After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Bounceback 13.5 Tog Duvet - Single: ''The Silentnight bounce back duvet contains 75gsm cover, and hollowfibre filling.
The Silentnight soft like down is 85gsm microfibre cover, and hollowfibre filling.
Both of the above items are hypoallergenic, which means, less likely to cause an allergic reaction.
The Anti-Allergy duvet contains a microfibre cover, hollowfibre filling and is treated with Anti-Allergy treatment.''

We would recommend 13.5 Tog or 15 Tog for the winter months.

Thank you for your question. I can confirm that all of our duvets are considered lightweight especially hollowfibre filled such as this one. However please note that 13.5 tog is the second highest tog rating behind 15 tog so this will be heavier than the standard 4.5, 7.5 and 10.5 tog versions.
