This chair fits perfectly in our small spare room and can be easily tucked away when not in use. It’s easy to convert from chair to bed. Comfortable and spacious to sleep on, but is quite firm. The legs catch a bit on carpet.

I can confirm you are able to place the foot end down on the Habitat Roma Velvet Fabric Chairbed - Sage Green, without having to lay the whole item flat. You can place the feet onto the foot end and bend it down, whilst leaving the back in its place.
