Lumpy and uncomfortable
I'm not fussy about my mattress, had a similar model previously but this was really poor quality. Lumpy surface which I could feel the springs through, sent back after 1 night and replaced it with a foam mattress which was half the price and twice as comfy.

Silentnight has been breaking the Trades Discription Act
I am going to contact silentnight to tell them to not describe this as vegan when it actually has wool tufts.
I only found this out after questioning Argos.

“ The Eco Comfort Pocket 1200. Our Eco range are all foam & chemical free, nor do they contain a chemical fire treatment, also any solvent used is animal free.
We do use wool in some of our tufts, however are working to source others tufts that would eliminate this possible issue. We do also manufacture within a factory environment that makes natural models i.e. wool/silk & cashmere, so we would want to make you aware of that depending on your specific requirements.
Perhaps also look at our Plant Based models. ”

The mattress is suitable for a slatted base, please see our guidelines below.
Slat widths should be between 8cm – 10cm and the gap between them no more than 7.5cm.
Tubular bar or Mesh frames are not recommended as these do not offer enough support to you or your mattress long term.
